Order Procedures

Please READ CAREFULLY. These are the basic steps in completing our online order calculation form for you to print and mail us.

1) Before continuing on, you should already have a list of the names and know the quantities you want for all of the items that you would like to order. Once the order process starts you can not return to the catalog without starting over at the beginnning.

2) USE YOUR 'TAB' key to move from entry fields on all of the forms. As with most forms on the Internet, hitting 'ENTER' or 'RETURN' SUBMITS THE FORM for processing, many times when you have not yet finished filling it out. The mouse works for moving between fields as well. SHIFT TAB will back you up one entry field using the keyboard.

2) If at any point in the process you find that the information that has been recorded is incorrect, click on the BACK button on your browser and return to the previous page. Any information that you now change will be reflected when you continue on. In some cases you may need to complete a form again in it's entirety.

3) DISCOUNTS, TAX (if applicable) AND SHIPPING will be calculated directly before presentation of the final printable Order Form and may not be applied or visible earlier in the process.

4) All of the following pages will now change color and should therefore be 'Printer Friendly'.
