Minimum order for rooted cuttings - $10.00 plus shipping.
Shipping Season – February 28nd to June 19th, Monday shipment, Three weeks advance notice required.
Shipping Method – UPS surface or 2nd day Air.  We will not guarantee any shipment sent by mail.
Canadian and Overseas Orders – We do not ship overseas or to Canada. We can ship by air within the U.S. and suggest that your order be picked up in the U.S. and transported personally. We require an import permit and the necessary U.S. phytosanitary certificate with Inspection Service is $40.00 We do not guarantee any order shipped out of the U.S.  Adjustments – If any plants are found to be unsatisfactory, please notify us within 10 days of arrival. No adjustments can be made after 10 days of arrival.

šNote: To qualify for the 25 or more quantity prices, a minimum of 25or more of the same name must be ordered with a total of 100 or more rooted cuttings.  Otherwise the 10-24 quanity prices should be used.  (You may order 100 or more of 1 name, or 25or more of several) Quantity Orders must be received 45 days in advance of shipping date.

Quantity Order Shipping:  Surface, for CA, ID, NV, OR, UT, WA, quantity orders of more than 100 is $5.00 plus $1.00 for each additional 25.   All other states, air shipment, is $9.00 plus $1.85 for each additional 25.

Substitutions

In the event that our stock of ordered cultivars is exhausted or failed to root properly, would you prefer that we:
Substitute according to the substitution list that you have completed below.
Substitute a cultivar of similar type and bloom date of equal or greater value.
 Send two unrooted cuttings for each one you have ordered.
Make no substitution and refund your remittance.

Please note:  UPS can not deliver to a P.O. address.  If you have no house number, give crossroad, Rt. & Street name.  If you are not available to sign for delivery, your package will be left in a safe place.  We recommend UPS delivery as parcels are guaranteed delivery in the shortest time and shipments can be traced.
